Vivien Oldfield

I am a fine art photographer with a background in textile design and print. My work is inspired by the coast, countryside and gardens of the South East. More recently it has featured still life subjects and vintage finds.

Key motivators are light and shade, textures, shadows and reflections. I enjoy using experimental photography techniques to create innovative images which are layered and blended digitally to highlight the transient beauty and fragility of the natural world.
