Panel Discussion 8 October 3pm

Brighton Photo Fringe’s emerging curators and photographer Caitlin Chescoe.

Caitlin’s photographs take audiences on a journey exploring King’s House as a transitional space. Featuring a collection of portraits and oral histories, this exhibition documents the experiences of the workers who make up the foundation of King’s House. It is staged at a time when the Brighton and Hove City Council building has recently been sold off, placing the building in a state of upheaval. BPF (Brighton Photo Fringe) will utilise the newly empty space for this year’s Collectives and Festivals Hub.

The opening will be followed by a launch party at Alcampo Lounge. A special panel discussion will accompany the exhibition, on Saturday 8 October at 3pm.

King’s House: In Transition has been curated by PhotoHastings member Sarah French with Jamila Prowse and Ruby Rees-Sheridan.
